Celebrate the bond between the city of Norfolk and NATO at this colorful display of NATO Member Nation flags that includes representation from all NATO Nations and performances by the U.S. Fleet Forces Band. Scotland alone is not a member nation- they are not independent and remain under the United Kingdom. However, the United Kingdom (consisting of Scotland, Ireland, North Ireland, England, and Wales) is a NATO member. Though this is not an SST event, we do have many members come out for this and thought to share!
