Hi friends! You may know Tidewater Pipes & Drums, had two members in the Rose Bowl Parade for the Massed Pipes. Unfortunately, one of their pipers, Bob Aguilar, had an emergency while in California. Please consider supporting and spreading Scottish love! Prayers to him and his family during this hard time. Portsmouth Police Dept. are hosting this fundraiser.
